Calculate your mathematically optimal follow-up touchpoint volume, channel distribution, and day-by-day spacing schedule.

Standard Cadence Spacing Presets

Preset 01

High-Ticket B2B

8 Touches over 24 Days. Channels: Email, Phone, LinkedIn. Spacing: Days 1, 2, 4, 7, 11, 16, 20, 24.

Preset 02

Inbound Speed-to-Lead

6 Touches over 10 Days. Channels: SMS, Phone, Email. Spacing: Min 1, Min 5, Day 2, Day 4, Day 7, Day 10.

Preset 03

Cold Lead Reactivation

3 Touches over 14 Days. Channels: Plain-text Email, SMS. Spacing: Day 1, Day 4, Day 14.

The Spacing Formula

Optimal cadence spacing follows an expanding interval curve. Front-load your outreach while prospect intent is highest (Days 1, 2, and 4), expanding intervals in weeks two and three (Days 7, 11, 16, and 22). This maintains high visibility without appearing overbearing.
